One day recently I came home to discover the roof over my building was gone. To say the least, it was disconcerting. For some reason I happened to look up while approaching and there it was. Or rather, there it wasn't. I stood across the street and gaped. Ogled. Stared. Where's my roof? I live on the top floor of this building so I had a lot at stake. My second thought was "What happens when it rains?" |
