Morton Palm became a friend of Harry Radcliffe.

A street sign saying Lucygasse stopped me. One
of the great loves of my high school years was named Lucy Hopkins,
so in her honor I walked her street. Halfway down the block I saw the store. It was small and undistinguished. I wouldn't even have paid attention if there'd been more interesting sights around. The black and white unadorned sign over the window said "Morton Palm, Turen & Leitern." A door and ladder store? (Outside the Dog Museum) |
